Hansel D’Souza

Professor Hansel D’Souza began teaching the MBA program at some of the leading management institutes in in 1996. His core area of specialization has been Marketing and allied subjects like Consumer Behaviour, Product Management, Sales and Distribution, Negotiations, Business Communication and Leadership. Around the same time, he began training Teams in Sales and Marketing.

He began his career as a Management Trainee and spent 5 years in Field Sales and Marketing. As a marketing consultant to over 40 brands, he has set up marketing infrastructure like channels of distribution and sales teams. Simultaneously, he leads Hansel Marketing & Advertising a brand communication consultancy. All this experience, comes through vividly in his training inputs.

He was the CEO of an FMCG company and his expertise was commissoned by the United States Soybean Export Council and the American Soybean Association where he spent almost a decade promoting the consumption of Soya in India.

Today, he is an Adjunct Professor at the S P Jain School of Global Management Dubai, Singapore and Mumbai. He trains regularly for large corporates like Reliance, Tata, Jindal, Adani, BPCL, Greaves Cotton etc.
